We encourage patients to download the HotDoc App here.
HotDoc on Google Play or HotDoc on the Apple App Store
You can also call our friendly reception team on (07) 3361 8111 if you prefer to book over the phone or need help choosing the right doctor or appointment type.
Do you offer bulk billing? What are the fees?

We bulk bill:
- Children under 16
- Pensioners and concession card holders
- Patients aged 65 and over (7 days a week)
For all other patients, a small out-of-pocket fee helps us provide longer, higher-quality consultations and maintain the level of care our patients value.

For new patients, we require a copy of your previous medical history before completing these assessments.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can easily cancel or reschedule through the HotDoc app, or call us directly.
We ask for at least three hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment to another patient.
If something unexpected comes up, please still call — we appreciate communication and will always try to help.

Once your doctor reviews your results, we’ll usually send you an SMS.
If a follow-up appointment is needed, the message will include a link to book online.
Your privacy is always protected — we never provide detailed results over the phone.
