How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment anytime through our online booking system at sunnyhealthgp.com.au—it’s quick, easy, and available 24/7. Prefer to speak with us? Call our friendly team at (07) 3361 8111, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients and look forward to caring for you. Simply book online or call us to schedule your first appointment. If you’re new, arriving a few minutes early will help us set up your patient file.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your Medicare card, photo ID, and any relevant medical records or test results. If you take regular medications, a list of your prescriptions can also be helpful.
Do you offer bulk billing?
We offer a mix of bulk-billed and privately billed consultations. Certain patient groups (such as children under a specific age, pensioners, and DVA cardholders) may be eligible for bulk billing. Feel free to check with our team when booking.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Life happens—we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another patient.
What do I do if I need after-hours medical care?
If it’s a medical emergency, always call 000.
For urgent but non-emergency care, you can:

How do I get my test results?
Your doctor will let you know if a follow-up appointment is needed to discuss your results. For privacy reasons, we don’t provide results over the phone unless advised by your doctor. If you haven’t heard from us and are waiting on results, feel free to give us a call.
Where can I park?

Can I request a repeat prescription without an appointment?
