Who We Bulk Bill
- Children aged under 18
- Patients aged 65 and over
- Patients with a valid Concession Card
- All standard results and follow up appointments
- DVA Card Holders
We also bulk bill a range of important preventive and chronic-care services, including care plans, health assessments, and routine vaccinations.
We’re proud to provide quality, accessible healthcare for our community seven days a week — extending the above bulk billing criteria to weekends and public holidays, so eligible patients can continue to access care without added cost.
General Patient Information
We also support instant private health insurance claims via HICAPS, so you can process your rebate on the spot.
Medicare rebates are easy to claim:

Debit card payments – your rebate can be processed instantly in-clinic.Other payment methods – rebates are usually deposited into your account overnight.
